I just watched a Twix commercial where there is a couple sitting in a cafe and the guy receives a text from “terry” telling him how she needs him and his girlfriend says”who’s terry!?” and Twix says…”need a moment?” Then you see the guy thinking of a lie and his girlfriend is dumb and believes it. The he gets a text saying “don’t forget the whipped cream” and he says “it’s for a latte”! WHAT!?! Why is Twix condoning Infidelity? They should pair this with a commercial of his girlfriend finding out and kickin’ some ASS! What the HELL! I used to love Twix but seriously, I can’t be okay with condoning infidelity. This commercial makes women look stupid and dippy. I am disappointed!
